Weapons: Two 7 shot revolvers that are grafted to the underside of his wrists, basically by his pinky fingers. One foot long dagger on his back (which he almost never uses).
Strengths: Part cyborg, he has a device that slows down time around him, making every one else see him as a blur (it can't be used for long periods, only about 2-3 minutes at a time). Also has a cybernetic eye that helps him aim better.
Weaknesses: As a cyborg he has to have repairs every once in awhile. Also he is extreamly competitive and will do anything to beat competion.
Physical Description: White trenchcoat, grey muscle shirt, black and white baggy pants.
Background: A mercenary, he and his brother Leaons were framed in the murder of May City's sheriff. Now on the run, he and his brother are constantly being chased.
