Chase Millions

Aliases: The Whisper

Age: Unknown (looks about 20 though)

Gender: Female

Height: 5'9"

Weight: (Hasn't anyone ever told you not to ask a woman's weight?)

Weapons: She honestly doesn't have one of her own, relying more on luck than anything else. When there's a bar fight in her establishment she 'acquires' their weapons and stores them in the back safe. She fiddles with them later to learn how they tick. Personally, she likes the Colt .45 which she displays behind the bar counter. A replica of Vash's own weapon, but not. Catch my drift?

Skills: She's rather good at what she does, and has impecable marksmanship that could rivals some of the best marksmen out there, though she tries not to let anyone find out this tidbit. She also seems to have the uncanny ability to dodge bullets, or perhaps it's just luck? Another thing she won't tell too many people. She can also hold her liquor rather well, she is the owner of a bar afterall.

Weaknessess: Chase doesn't like to see people hurt eachother, though she has no problem with hurting them herself, but she never kills. She's often overly cheery which makes people suspicious until she turns around and her temper gets set off (she managed to level a contractors mansion when he told her that he wouldn't give her the money he had sworn to pay her). Her overall mysterious nature and trying to hide what little of that past she knows, makes her a prime candidate for reporters who stop by her saloon.

Physical description: Chase has straw blonde hair that falls to just above her shoulders and curls outwards (think Selphie from FF8), and bangs that shadow her violet eyes. Upon her pale features is an ever present smile, or more likely a smirk. Chase wears black leather pants with silver buckles and a red sleeveless turtleneck. She also wears a black jacket of the same leather material as the pants when she leaves to do business outside of the saloon she owns. Also to note, she wears a necklace about her neck that she had found in the ruins of the Project SEEDs main ship. She doesn't know that it's actually Rem Saverem's necklace, but she likes it and has kept it ever since. For a woman that owns a saloon she has no scars or any other really distinguishing marks.

Personality: A cheery personality covers a more somber side is the best way to put it. She always puts up a front, not wanting anyone to get close enough to her to see through to her deep sadness and somber interior. (Some people can see through it, just like Wolfwood saw through Vash's smile in the anime) She does have a temper, I suppose one of her weaknesses, and when something happens in her saloon (such as a bar fight) this side of her personality comes out.

History (or lack thereof): She can't recall much of her past, she does know she's much older than she appears and that she isn't actually human, but she can't figure out what she is or how she knows this.

The Whisper: Before the Saloon, Chase had been a wanted woman ($$23,000,000,, who'd been given the nickname, The Whisper. A hired gun that could make anyone disappear in the blink of any eye, without a trace or even a Whisper of what had happened. In truth, she had never killed a single person, instead she relocated them to a SEEDs ship that she had stumbled across one her many wanderings, half buried in the desert sands and off the beaten path. But since noone ever left the ship and noone felt like questioning her about what happened she became known as the Whisper, infamous as a killer who could get the job done. After coming to July for a job (one that decidedly backfired when it was just a set up to bring her in for the reward), she decided it was time to lay low, at least for a while, and thus she built Whisper Saloon.

The Saloon: About five years before the incident at July, she built the Whisper Saloon on its outskirts, ready to settle down to at least some semblance of a real life. Now, its one of the only buildings left standing in the wasteland or the once sprawling city. It has become a tourist trap of late, everyone wanting to visit the ruins always tend to stop by for one reason or another on their journey.

Hidden Information: Just like Vash and Knives, Chase is a Plant, though she has no recollection of this and really wouldn't care less anyways. She's never crossed paths with them, but when she heard rumors of Millions Knives she decided she liked the name and tacked Millions onto her own name. She has no idea how to acess any of her innate abilities, except for her ability to dodge bullets with ease.

Occupation: Saloon owner and sometimes bodyguard.

Slogan/Quote: A clear conscience is usually the sign of a bad memory.
